Leather accessories designed and produced in Brooklyn.

From initial sketch to final product, &DIEM is passionate about creating edgy, one-of-a-kind products. We carefully source our leathers and only choose hides that are byproducts of the meat industry. Every scratch and every fat wrinkle is beautiful and unique to us. We want you to be able to not only wear your bag with confidence for years to come, but to appreciate the amazing animal it came from.

Our maker, Minh Tran, started making her own clothing in a small studio apartment in Brooklyn. She branched out to making her own leather bags when she had trouble finding what she was looking for in retail stores. When people started asking her where she got her bags, Minh decided to branch off and start producing them for sale.

We're passionate about our community and we want to get to know you and other local businesses. Find us at local pop-ups and come say hi! Give us some feedback and let us know what you're looking for.

&DIEM only makes a small selection of one design. Once it's sold out, it's unlikely we will produce another identical design.

Because we produce everything in house, &DIEM has the freedom to custom make a bag for our unique clients. Reach out and have a hand in your own design. Whether that means you just want to change the hardware color of an existing design or if you have a design in your head you need us to bring to life, &DIEM loves working one-on-one with our client to custom make you the bag of your dreams.

&DIEM strives to have as much control of the production process as we can. Most our production is done in house. From the initial sketch, to purchasing and cutting leather, to every little stitch - &DIEM creates every bag in house. We hammer every rivet and sew every stich with care and love.

We love leather. Every part is beautiful to us. We seek to source only sustainable leather, byproducts of the meat industry. As such, we proudly display any fat wrinkle or range mark we can find. Leather was once an animal and we don't want that to be forgotten.

&DIEM loves collaborating with our community. We want to get to know you! If you see us at an event, please come say hi! Talk to us about what you're looking for, feel your bags, tell us your story. We are also always looking to work with local, small businesses and strive to support them.
